Comment:

 I use 2 PVR-250s and a PVR-500.  I see this as well.  When I go into the
 guide, it basically stretches the video into a 16x9 format and sticks it
 inside of the same 4x3 box.  I can see the top left hand corner of the
 preview and about 10-15% of the bottom is cut off and 30-40% of the right
 hand side is cut off.  It has been doing this for a few months with
 multiple revisions from CVS/SVN.  I reported it on the mailing lists as
 well over a month ago here:
