 To reproduce, install svn 6865 or later. Go to "Set Priorities". This
 shows no results and a message indicating there are no programs to be
 recorded regardless of the number of entries in mythconverg.record . 6864
 or earlier correctly displays one line per record rule.
 programrecpriority.cpp has
 not changed in a couple months. Some light debugging shows that in
 MainServer::HandleGetScheduledRecordings(), strList[0] is equal to the
 number of rules in 6864 but is always "0" in 6865.
