Added Iulius-OSD based on an earlier OSD for iulius. Complies with SMPTE
'safe action area' (5% margin for graphic elements) and 'safe title area'
(10% margin for text) though long descriptions in browse mode may descend
too far as in other OSDs. See http://scanline.ca/overscan/ . Some smaller
text has been enlarged and repositioned for readability. Basic OSD elements
do not overlap. Mythosd notify elements generally fit with other elements
but may overlap in certain atypical combinations such as typing a channel
number over an alert message or an alert and callerid at the same time.
