Log:

Some fixes for OS X.
1) Additional library paths are specified in $DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH
2) ../include for library paths are used as a guess for header files
3) libmp3lame is searched instead of libmp3lame.so (OSX uses libname.dylib)
I tried to get has_library lib.so -o has_library lib.dylib to work, but failed
