Log Message:


* More enhancements  and bugfixes to the new "All" commercial
  detection method.

* Bugfixes and tweaks to the blank-frame detection to gain
  back some of the accuracy lost in certain circumstances
  compared to previous blank/black-frame code.

* Disable rating symbol part of ALL method temporarily until I can
  get it to be more accurate and run without using so much CPU.
  It was giving a lot of false positives anyway.
