Log Message:
Switching Altivec code to be enabled automatically, through config.h,
instead of manually through settings.pro. (Until settings.pro uses
config.mak, the user still needs to set TARGET_ALTIVEC appropriately
in settings.pro, so that the CFLAGS are built properly.)
