Modify NuppelVideoPlayer to allow it to use blank-frame info collected by
    commercial detection in the recorder for people using software compression.
    Previously this would only work if the user had their commercial detection
    method set to Blank-Frame.  Now it should work if they have Blank-Frame,
    Blank-Frame plus Scene-Change, or the new ALL method.
