Log Message:
Fix bugs in returning to the title lists after exiting playback when
using programid sorting. Only use programid sort for the title lists
and not for recgroup or category lists. Do not use ids when searching
for the current item in the All Programs list. When an item is deleted
from a programid sorted list, find the same position (next item) as it
does with the other sorts.
