add a "skip audio" flag to the first pass of multipass -- it may help reduce
memory usage for some people -- I've seen mixed results (sometimes transcode
"loses" its audio pull and mythtranscode buffers the audio into RAM).  Changes
to transcode.pm went in awhile back.
