Fix bug commented on by Kevin Kuphal.  If a recorded file does not exist
when mythbackend tries to delete it, then do not remove the
recording's metadata from the recorded and recordedmarkup tables.  Also,
the backend will not remove the metadata if the recorded file can not be
deleted for some reason.  Warnings indicating why the recording was not
deleted are sent to mythbackend's log as well as the log table.
