Log Message:
BIG core rewrite..  schedules and programs now have most of their
stuff handled internally by object methods.  I've added the new
finddaily and findweekly schedule types, rewritten a bunch of the
html, added better integration of override/dontrec, and a bunch of
other things I can't think of at the moment.

I've probably broken "schedule manually," but should be able to fix
it before .17 is out.

I *know* that I've broken the vxml/wml/wap themes.  I have no way
to test any of these, so I really need those theme authors to look
at the changes in Default and update your themes accordingly
(specifically on the program_detail page)

I'm committing this stuff now so that translators and other
contributers can have a chance to get things added in before .17 is
released.
