Log Message:
First part of fix for overreporting of audio status (high cpu usage during mythmusic).
Default the 'Extra audio buffering' setting to on.
Revert a couple .pro changes for Derek Atkins.
Remove the & from the external channel change line.  Let's see if people notice...

Ben Levitt's 'Improving SoundTouch sound quality' patch.
