 I recently noticed when recording "seaQuest DSV" that the recordings were
 sorted at the end of my recordings - presumably because the show's name
 starts with a lowercase s.

 This may be somewhat obscure, but there's certainly no rule that says a TV
 show name must start with a capital letter. I believe shows should be
 ascii sorted, but for the alpha range, I'd want it to be case insensitive.
