Comment:

 (In [8323]) Closes #756 by applying patch and adding new files.  Removed
 debugging from netflix.pl and added blurb in README about which keys to
 use for these functions.  I'd like to see these as a pop-up menu by
 hitting MENU or INFO on a queue entry to make them more accessible.
