 Currently the Channel scanner ignores channels that contain neither DVB
 no ATSC tables, but we could use the PAT to insert these channels. The
 user would then have to manually name each channel so that they could
 obtain listing data from their provider, but this would eliminate a good
 deal of the human error in creating Cable TV DTV entries.
