 attached a better algo patch for reverting timestretch back to 1.0
 seems ok for the limited testing Ive done with it.
 There is still a audio loss when the change occurs and not sure why.
 The key factor to play with is the niumber of frames to use at the limit.
 Ive set this to 2 seconds worth.
 Ive left in the older more complex algo commented out. please delete if
 you are happy with it.
