Comment:

 (In [7039]) close #170

   This adds a --refresh-all option to the commandline mythfilldatabase
 forcing
   each day to be updated rather than just tomorrow and 12 days from now.

   This also saves users from having to manually clear their program table
 when they
   want to refresh the whyole list due to other problems.

   This closes #170.
