 When using audio timestretching to speed up playback of a LiveTV built-up
 buffer, if the current location catches up with LiveTV, the timestretching
 stays active causing a studdering effect as the system reaches the buffer,
 stops momentarily, then restarts at the timestretch speed only to repeat
 again.

 The timestretching should reset to 1x when reaching the end of the LiveTV
 buffer
