Modify commercial flagging to send out updates when performing ~realtime
flagging.  This allows commercials to be skipped while the recording is
still taking place as long as you are far enough behind in the recording
(ie, you can't skip commercials that haven't ended yet, but may be able
to skip commercials that have ended already if flagging properly detects
them).
