* Fix for the "Time stretch bug in 0.18" referenced on the -users mailing
  list.  This patch fixes the issue with the OSD popup menu not displaying
  the correct current timestretch value in cases of "off by .1" as well as
  displaying the incorrect value when the user manually changes the
  value by 0.05.  The menu should now display the correct value if the
  current value is one of the available options and the menu will not
  show any item as checked if the current value is not one of the available
  options.
