Log Message:

Updated mythdeque.h to work with less forgiving versions of gcc.

Added X11 Debugging functions to util-x11.{h,cpp}

Adding osdxvmc.{h,cpp} and videobuffers.{h,cpp} these are used by the
xv/xvmc merge which I hope to commit soon. This patch doesn't add them
to libmythtv.pro so this will have no effect on the binary.
