Added a sanity check to OpenGL vsync. Checking the return of glXGetVideoSync
was initially suggested by Tom Hughes, but we were also not checking the 
result of glXMakeCurrent. This won't fix the OpenGL vsync problems on
systems that do support OpenGL vsync, but might avoid some of the problems
with the ATrpms builds.
