Log Message:
fix schedule_manually so that it brings up the correct chanid/title/subtitle
  when editing an existing schedule.
fix the global $Scheduled_Recordings array so that it works to display
  recordings scheduled on the same channel at the same time, but on multiple
  cards.  Editing still only brings up the first instance, but at least they
  all show now.
