* A better fix for the wildly inaccurate percentage complete JobQueue status
  for the ~realtime commercial flagging.  Instead of displaying (well, trying
  to display) the total frames scanned, estimate the percentage complete
  based on the starttime and endtime of the recording and the total frames
  for that time period.  Should get rid of the messages like "413% Completed"
  that some users have reported on the mailing lists.
