Log Message:

    Change some includes and .h's around so that the library can still
compile in place _and_ other programs that include only <mythui/*.h> can
also compile.

    Some member variables changed to pointers (MythFontProperties). Assuming
there is no massive heap/stack efficiency argument against this ... ?
