    Make client library able to merge changes to a playlist that are coming
over the wire with changed that have been made locally.

    Document inclusion of "bytes" in http out Content-Range: header.

    Improve playlist editor to keep track of local deltas ane include that
information when merging local edits with anything coming in from the mfd.
