Log Message:

Cleanup a few more issues with iTunes disappearing and resulting changes to
internal metadata lists.

Also, audio plugin now sees as soon as metadata goes away, and stops playing
if whatever it is currently playing was in a collection that disappeared
(rather than waiting for a read error to come through on a
DaapInput::readBlock() call).
