Log Message:
finished build_translation.pl and added support for the language hash to the other language files.
Changed a few translation strings.

Translators: You can now start feeling free to translate any strings you find
lacking.  As I add more strings to be translated, I will check things in and you
will see the missing strings.  Eventually, all of the _LANG_ constants will be
removed (once there aren't any more to port over to the new system), but they
are left in now for compatibility.  Please read translations.txt for more info
about how the new system works.
