First pass at font size/color consistancy.
This commit relies on the global and base font commits I made earlier.  It will NOT work without them so don't try to use it with .16.

Once I've gotten all the ui files converted over to using the base/global font system I'll be working finetuning everything.

This may not look right without the corefonts package installed.  I'm insterested in hearing fro mfolks who don't have the corefonts installed so I'll know how it looks with the automagic font face fallback from Qt.

Also, if anyone has the time / energy feel free to play around with the base fonts in the theme.xml file and see if you come up with combinations you like better or are more readable.  That could save me a heap of time on down the road.
