Minor UI tweaks:
	Two lines are now allowed for he title and it is aligned using "hcenter".
	The "plot" section has been expanded to allow for longer descriptions.
	A background has been added for the parental level similar to the existing ones.
	Labels for "plot" and "rating" have been removed since it's obvious what those fields are on screen.
	Help text has been added to the bottom of the screen.
	Minor adjustments to font sizes to allow things to fit better.

Navigation is now done with the Up/Down arrow keys and Page Up/Down.

Changing the parental level is now done via the INCPARENTAL and DECPARENTAL keys (the same ones from the video manager).  These keys default to left/right arrow keys.  If the INC/DEC keys are remapped to something else, the left/right arrow keys will function much like they do in the playback box and video manager.

Added a popup menu accessable via "MENU".

Fixed the display of special characters in the title, director and descrption fields.  However:  There appears to be an issue with the imdb.pl script in that doesn't seem to decode these characters properly.
