Video manager tweaks:
	The keys to increase and decrease parental level are now configurable, with a default of left/right.
	Mapping INCPARENT/DECPARENT away from left/right arrow allows the left arrow to exit and the right arrow to show the popup menu.
	"MENU" now displays a MythPopupMenu.
	"SELECT" now defaults to "edit metadata" instead of IMDB lookup.
	Changed help text on the bottom of the video manager to reflect key changes.
	Expanded the area allowed for numvideos_text so that it can actually display it's intended strings.
