Log Message:
Allow independent muting of Left / Right audio channels.  Good for people
that have poor man's SAP: language 1 on the left channel, language 2 on the
right channel. Must be enabled in mythfrontend setup->General.  Changes
behavior of the Mute "toggle" to Mute Left->Mute Right->Mute Both->Mute Off.
