When recording from a commercial free station, set the commflagged status
	in the recorded table to COMM_FLAG_COMMFREE at the beginning of a
	recording instead of waiting till the end.

Bugfix to not bother doing blank-frame detection during software encoding
	if commercial detection method is set to something that doesn't take
	advantage of blank frame info.
