Log Message:
The various number items now support a bigStep in addition to their step value.  bigStep aloows for faster increments (oddly enough).
The recording options dialog now handles page left/right and forwards it on to the list, which forwards it on to the currently selected item.
Disabled items are no longer selectable, attampting to select one will cause the selection to move to the first enabled item in the direction you were moving.
