Log Message:
Flipped the ArrowAccel setting so that it's aligned with Robert Kulagowski changes to frontend globalsettings.cpp so that positive actions = checkbox

If you were previously using the Disable setting you'll need to go back in an unset the enable setting.  Sorry of the inconvience but I didn't think it warrented the schema bump to fix it in dbcheck
