    Dick Smits patch to correct my transcode 0.6.11'ism that mangled Xavier
Hervy's patch to move subtitles around when the resolution of the video is
changed.

    NB: if you are using subtitles, you now _need_ transcode 0.6.12, as the
command line options syntax has clearly changed.
