Log Message:
On the overide screen, don't create a kDontRecord entry for the "Never
Record" option.  This provides protection if the network changes the
eopisoe to be shown.

Added a complimentary "Forget Previous" (better wording suggections
welcome) option.  This too provides protection from episode changes
and also gives the scheduler more flexibility if multipe showings are
available.

The "Don't Record" and "Record Anyway" options are unchanged.
