Log Message:
Create MythContextPrivate/ThemedMenuPrivate classes.  Trying to cut down on the
number of required distcleans during devel.  Requires a distclean to build, of 
course.

dct-channel program update from Jim Paris.
MythPasswordDialog sizing fix from J. Donavan Stanley.
denoise3d filter fix from Andrew Mahone.
Couple of small patches from Wayne Hogue.
