Log Message:
Reorganized screensaver code to be consistent with AudioOutput and
VideoOutput classes, which also wrapper platform-dependent code.

Added OS X screensaver implementation; removed previous screensaver
code from videoout_quartz.cpp, where it didn't really belong.
