Have NuppelVideoPlayer::FlagCommercials return -1 instead of 0 when told
    to stop by the JobQueue.  This should allow the JobQueue to set the
    proper aborted status in the jobqueue table.  Previously aborted flagging
    jobs still were marked as having been successfully completed.
