Log Message:
Patch Colin Guthrie for metadata cleanup minus the bits about the no cover name

Fixed metadata to standardize on "No Cover" videos without artwork.
Metadata.cpp now looks for both "None" and "No Cover" before trying to load the image file.
Videobrowser now looks for both "None" and "No Cover" before trying to load the image file.
Videobrowser doesn't try to reload an image thats already in the ui.

Added the ability to qeury the image filename for a UIImageType so we can avoide reloading things unless we REALLY want to force a reload.
