Log Message:
Changed the base class for the views to be a MythDialog instead of MythThemeDialog.  This clears up the massive CPU drains caused by the gallery and the browser drawing.
Optimized gallery drawing a bit by caching the pixmap version of the cover art.

Reverted the videotree back to a version prior to my base class changes.  I need more time to go over it and since everythign was so horribly broken I figured it was good quick fix.
