Log Message:
Added UI to change SelChangeRecThreshold in the EPG settings.
SelChangeRecThreshold no expressed in minutes.
GuideGrid now grabs SelChangeRecThreshold and SelectChangesChannel in the constructor instead of when the key is pressed.
