added support for David Engel's "station" changes
rewrote a TON of stuff in programs and channels, particularly in turning the category_class function from a method to a standard function, so both objects can use it.
rearranged a bunch of stuff so that all recording schedule type edits (other than individual overrides) are handled from program_detail.php instead of a mixture of programs.php, recordings.php and program_detail.php.
