One-line fix to denoise3d filter to allow compilation on gcc 2.96.

Mod to frontend setup to use get list of possible OSD fonts from share/mythtv
directory rather than hardcoding list.

Patches by David Engel to allow prefix, suffix, and default text for
OSD text fields that use %FIELD% syntax as well as making
ProgramInfo::ToStringList not modify input data but a copy instead.
