v2.83, 2003-10-05.  Incorporate frontend-only docs.  Update XMLTV version.
Differentiate between ATI All-in-Wonder and TV Wonder cards for people that
don't know the difference.  Remove the manual test_ioctl stuff for PVR-250
bitrate since we now have profile support.
