Made Home act like 'Q' and End act like 'Z' when playing back recordings
    to allow saving of some remote keys since Home/End could be already
    mapped since they're used in the EPG.

Added <altarea></altarea> tag to <textarea> theme items.  Defines an alternate
    area to be used.  Currently only used by playbackbox to allow description
    and other fields to use full width of display if video preview and
    preview pixmap are both turned off.  Modified blue theme to take
    advantage of <altarea> tag for timedate and description textareas on
    playbackbox screen.

Have player call SetCommBreakIter() whenever Auto-Skip setting is modified.
