Log Message:

Added 'I' key to allow editing of recording schedule for a program from
the Scheduling Conflicts screen.  If no conflict and not suppressed, then
hitting Enter or Space will also bring up InfoDialog screen as well.

Added 'Unsuppress Recording' button to Suppressed recording popup screen
that gets shown when user hits Enter or Space on a recording that is
suppressed because it has been previously recorded.
