Log Message:
Add code to allow the Master Backend to override the hostname setting used
to indicate which host recorded a file.  This is useful in an NFS
environment where encoders are writing to a shared spool.  If set, the
master backend will be the one that actually streams the file rather than
the slave, since a slave backend may not always be running when you want to
watch a program.
