Log Message:

Fixed bugs in commercial detection routines, one of which could cause
endless loops occasionally in either detection method.

Modified code to make 'Q' key skip backwards to previous commercial mark
if less than 3 seconds into beginning of current section.  Also modified
so hitting 'Q' less than 3 seconds after first commercial mark will
cause player to go back to beginning of video.
